Garmin Unveils Trio Of New Fitness Trackers

Garmin forerunner new trackersUBERGIZMO - Oct 21 - The Forerunner 230 and 235 are essentially the same, however the main difference is that the Forerunner 235 comes with a built-in heart rate monitor, while the Forerunner 230 doesn't. The Forerunner 230 can still track heart rate, although it will require a separate monitor in the form of an ANT+ chest strap. The Forerunner 630 is capable of measuring stride length, ground contact symmetry, vertical ratio, lactate threshold, and performance readiness.
