Asustek Planning VivoWatch Sequel For 2016

CNA - May 1 - Asustek is already planning a successor to its newly launched VivoWatch that runs on the company's own operating system for wearables, according to sources familiar with the matter. Asustek intends to test other microcontroller units that will further optimize the system's scheduling algorithm and is thinking about creating customized components, in collaboration with suppliers, to achieve a thinner design and better performance.
