DAILY BHASKAR – Aug 4 – A corrosion issue has arisen with the LG G Watch's charging points. Users have reported corrosion of the charging points after long periods of exposure to sweat and moisture, even though the device is IP67 certified for water and dust. Some owners have reported being unable to charge their G Watch, and others have also reported discomfort and even burns due to a constant electrical current running through two of the contacts. LG has released a software update to correct the issue by disabling the current when the watch is not connected to the charging cradle.
