Kronos To Indroduce Employee Tracking And Communication Software

CHICAGO TRIBUNE – Aug 4 – Kronos has said it will introduce software that integrates with wearables and includes tracking and communication capabilities. Though the software, employers could track employees and send them alerts. Such workplace management solutions have the potential to increase productivity, but come with serious privacy concerns. Kronos' tracking feature requires the employee's consent. The Chicago Tribune uses Kronos to track employee timesheets.
