TECHNOLOGY REVIEW - Aug 27 - Ineda Systems has developed a chip which works alongside a main processor in a wearable, listening for voice commands or running simple apps. This allows the main processor to stay powered down when not needed, saving batter power. The company has two chips, which it hopes to begin mass producing next year. Ineda is backed by investors, including Qualcomm.
