QR CODE PRESS – June 10 – ChipSip's SiMEye smart glass won the Best Choice award from Computex. The $500 SiMEye is capable of downloading Android apps directly from the Play Store and captures 1080p video. Google Glass requires apps to be downloaded to a smartphone and then transferred to the device, captures 720p video, and costs $1500. ChipSip may challenge Google in wearables market in much the same way that Lenovo overtook HP in the PC market.
