Microsoft’s First Wearable Is Phone Charging Pants

FORBES – June 18 – Microsoft has partnered with fashion designer Adrien Sauvage to create a pair of pants with a Nokia DC-50 wireless charging plate built into the pockets. The plate charges a cell phone using electromagnetic induction. The pants will cost over $340. Most were expecting Microsoft’s first wearable to be a smartwatch, which will likely come later this summer.
