BROADWAY WORLD – June 25 – mCube has closed a $37M Series C financing round. Investors include Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, MediaTek, iD Ventures America, DAG Ventures, Keytone Ventures, SK Telecom (China) Ventures and Korea Investment Partners. Mcube manufactures MEMS motion sensors and will use the funds to accelerate growth and expand its product line. The company's sensors are used in wearables, smartphones, tablets and IoT devices. Analysts predict there will be 50B connected devices by 2020, with a large percentage using motion sensors.
