Medtronic In Talks To Acquire Corventis For $150M+

Convertis wearable deviceMEDCITY NEWS – May 20 – Medtronic is in talks to acquire Corventis, a wearables maker with a focus on cardiovascular devices for $150M+. Corventis has two FDA approved devices, NUVANT Mobile Cardiac Telemetry System, and AVIVO Mobile Patient Management System.
