PC WORLD – May 8 – Asus CEO Jerry Shen indicated a probably launch of a wearable product in Q3 2014. Asus has partnered with Google to manufacture Android-powered watches as well. The company is looking beyond smartwatches, wristbands and glasses at other opportunities in smaller electronics. According to Shen, Asus' mobile device revenues will surpass its PC business by 2017, which currently accounts for 62% of revenues.
