Samsung's New Smartwatch Will Run On Android Wear

ECUMENICAL NEWS - Apr 17 - Samsung said its new smartwatch will run Google's Android Wear OS instead of its own Tizen software. The new wearable is expected to make its debut later this year. Samsung has gone with Tizen for its Samsung Gear platform: the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo. The company has also decided to use its own RTOS for the Gear Fit. This means that Samsung will support three separate wearable platforms in 2014.
